Service in the food cafe is TERRIBLE-caused us to be 20 minutes late for show-they could have cared less!\n\nPlus premium seating is super expensive for what you get-the popcorn is no longer free nor is the valet at 18 a ticket-you just pay for it all up front.\n\nI agree with other reviewer-seats look like the bomb but are the most uncomfortable

The customer service is so bad, no amount of "free" popcorn can make up for it. We booked our seats way in advance to see Dark Knight on opening weekend, and when we showed up the seats that the website clearly indicated would be balcony seats ended up being on the floor, in the second row. When I mentioned the problem to the usher who was seating us, he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and walked away. After craning our necks for the entire movie, our necks were pretty sore, so we thought we'd mention the problem to a manager. She was less understanding than the usher, and told us we should have known that the theater we had booked in was the only one in the entire place that had no balcony. The chairs are spacious, but they aren't particularly comfortable. And with service like that for $18 a seat, we definitely won't be going back.
